Our classes are a clever combination designed to strengthen, mobilise, and increase your overall fitness. The interval format (raising and lowering the heart rate) boosts the body’s metabolism, while smaller muscles are recruited to define and shape.


Rather than isolating one muscle group at a time, every class is a full body workout. This multi-tasking approach means you get the most out of your class, and train for a life of movement through compound and multi-planed exercises. You’ll see your posture and alignment improve rapidly, which dramatically improves your technique. This approach works fast (which is why it’s so addictive!) With consistent practice of 3-4 times a week, you’ll see results in a month.

Because every body is different, our complementary suite of Yoga, Power Pilates, Cardio, Stretch and Barre classes allow you to find your perfect blend.
